Score is a very challenging place to work.
Not in a bad way, but in a positive way. Our leadership team has high expectations for our employees, and will push you to grow towards reaching your goals.
Then once you reach them, they push you to help you achieve your next one.
We don’t do lazy. We don’t do boring. And we certainly don’t do complacency.
We want all of our employees to be the best they can be, both in & out of the office.
Now, motivating myself at work or in the classroom has never been an issue for me. My biggest vice and hardest thing to motivate myself to do recently has been going to the gym.
Like many of our entry-level employees going through our development program, I finally had an A-HA moment. I got my butt in gear and have started the most intense workout program I’ve ever done in my life.
I’m feeling happier, healthier, stronger, and more motivated in all areas in my life.
I’m fortunate to work in a position where I am surrounded by support, and I was able to take their encouraging words from my professional life and implement it into my personal life.
I’m so sorry to my team that has been listening to me complain about how sore I am in the last few weeks. Pain equals gain, right?
